The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate statement of work or proposal.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Zintra Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Intellectual property created during a consulting engagement will be governed by the terms of the specific engagement agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zintra Consulting provides services on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a consulting engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.

8. Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced proportionally.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
